Gurmania Factory

Our factory in Beykoz is an R&D center first where serious efforts are made before its role as a production facility for us. First, our products are harmonized according to the original recipe. Afterwards, marmalades are made from the fruits brought from their respective regions, and flour, eggs and doughs are prepared according to the recipe.

Finally, the delicacies, each of which is cooked according to its recipe, are distributed to our branches to be sold fresh. We use the latest technology, industrial food production machines in our factory, where we produce 300 different kinds of pastry and bakery products. All our personnel pay great attention to hygiene rules at all stages.
